Each signature Barbara DSGN piece is unique in that it is made by hand. Please note the fabric design, colour and placement may vary from the listing photo.

Ready-to-ship:

Please tell us which product you are interested in. We will give you details on the products we currently have in stock. If we have the product already available we will be able to ship within 3 days.

Made-to-order:

For custom made orders please tell us which type of product you are interested in and the requirements you have (colour, size…). You will agree all further details with our team based on availability of materials and other specifications.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. All ready-to-ship items ship in approximately 3 business days. All made-to-order items ship in approximately 10-15 business days. Thank you in advance for your patience with this.

Payment

We welcome your payment via bank transfer or other means as agreed when ordering.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Return of goods

If an item arrives damaged, please send us a message immediately. Your happiness is important to us! Guarantees and returns are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Goods that have been ordered according to the exact instructions of the consumer, adapted to his particular needs are generally not suitable for return. Those returns/exchanges are approved based on our discretion.
